Processing Time

• Pre-made items: Orders for pre-made ZOSHI products typically ship within 1-7 business days after the order is placed & processed, depending on product availability, where you are located, and order volume. 
• Pre-orders: Orders for pre-order ZOSHI products will ship within 1-3 weeks from the date the order is placed. This timeframe allows for production and processing of the pre-order items. (WE BARELY USE PRE-ORDER SO IGNORE THIS IF YOU LIKE.)

Shipping Methods We offer standard shipping at the minimum for all orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track where and when your package will arrive to you.
